CONTACT INFORMATION

For academic partnership, please contact the individual lab:

Computational Genomics Laboratory
Please contact Dr. Yu-Cheng Lin (ylin@nycu.edu.tw) Lab Website
Our lab lies at the intersection of machine learning, genomics and oral medicine, but essentially what we do every day is to turn coffee into code. We believe biology is a “small” science; that’s why we adopt the principle of agile software development, bringing “wet” and “dry” labs together for novel biological insights.

Laboratory of Brain and Oral Functions
Please contact Dr. Chia-Shu Lin (winzlin@nycu.edu.tw) Lab Website
In our lab, we investigate the link between brain and oral functions using neuroimaging methods.
